Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We, at Super Bubble Hockey, guarantee that your bubble or table hockey game will arrive in good condition. Items lost or damaged in transit will be dealt with expeditiously with the appropriate companies. Our customer's satisfaction is of the utmost importance and we will handle every concern quickly and to your satisfaction. Any questions concerning customer satisfaction should be sent to Super Bubble Hockey so we can handle it.

 

Shipping and Handling

As advertised, all shipping and handling fees are included in the purchase price of each hockey game. Once an order is placed, the games typically ship within 3 days. Expected delivery times are between 1 and 3 weeks depending on distributor location and the client's address relative to the warehouse. Customers will be provided a tracking number for their order. Delivery is curbside with the help of a liftgate service. This will entail a truck with a hydraulic lift gate lowering your bubble or table hockey game from the truck bed to the curb. Customers will be called ahead for a delivery time interval. Please be sure to check your bubble or table hockey game for any signs of damage before signing off on the delivery. Please understand that missed delivery appointments may mean that the bubble or table hockey game will have to be picked up by the customer at his or her expense at the local delivery hub. Any additional costs accrued due to this situation will be at the customer's expense. Questions and concerns should be directed to Super Bubble Hockey and will be answered as soon as possible.

Return Policy

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Each manufacturer has its own warranties for their products. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
